The dark and comic fable is set in a small contemporary New England town, where two sisters struggle to use their hereditary gift for guiding fate throught "practical magic" to overcome the obstacles in discovering true love. Both Sally (Bullock) and Gillian (Kidman) have unique and powerful psychic heritage- they are witches. But their sorcery comes at a price- true love can never be more than an elusivce dream to the two women. It's always just out of their reach.


Comments: "Practical Magic" is a good show with many good qualities in it. It has two excellent actors in Bullock and Kidman. This movie includes some comedy, drama, a little action in suspenseful scenes which makes this movie enjoyable by most audiences. I reccomment taking an afternoon to go see this show.
